Pre-Incarceration Services

We strongly recommend all 18-22 year olds, all those indicted or convicted of child pornography, and all homosexual individuals contact us.  You are the most vulnerable and will be targeted by other inmates.

 

We will prepare you for your period of incarceration by:

  • We will also assist you with your PSI and explain the federal RDAP system.  We know the value of a perfectly organized PSI and will guide you through the possibility of sentence reduction.

  • Taking you through your first day inside all the way up to your release date.

  • Teaching you what the "unwritten inmate's rules" are and how important it is to follow them.

  • Making sure that our clients understand the federal and state prison regulations.

  • We will assist with information such as what you are allowed to bring, visiting hours, mail,
    commissary, telephone, items that are allowed in prison, etc.

  • We will assist our clients in understanding the “culture” of prison and what the dangers are.

  • We assist families in preparing for their loved one's incarceration.  We realize that this will also be a very difficult period for family members.

  • We assist families to understand their visiting regulations and explain the process.

What We Won't Do:

  • We won't sugarcoat anything or lie to you.

  • We will not make false promises about getting you placed in a prison of your choice. 

  • We will not make false promises about getting you home incarceration.  If your attorney couldn't get you home incarceration than no "prison consultant" is going to either.  Martha has millions and she couldn't get home incarceration.

  • We will not make false promises about helping your loved one, who is already in prison, to get a reduced sentence or moved to another institution.  No prison consultant can get an inmate already in prison a reduction in their sentence.

  • We will not give you legal advice, which is illegal for anyone to do other than a licensed attorney.
